The First Tulum Parties of 2021

December 2, 2020 Share

Get ready, it’s finally happening, the moment we have all been waiting for … 2020 is almost over.

This year has been a write-off full of tedious zoom calls, endless lockdowns and thwarted travel plans – frankly, we cannot wait for it to end. In preparation for the season finale of 2020 we have searched far and wide for the very best parties to see in 2021, and what better place to start than Tulum?

Grab a glass of 1942, channel your inner shamanic DJ and get ready to unleash unto the Mexican Riviera alongside pretty much everyone you know from London, Miami and New York at the Zamna Music Festival.

Beloved by clubbers and jet-setters alike, Zamna is an immersive electronic experience that takes place across 10 days in 11 hectares of Tulum jungle – complete with an Instagram-worthy cenote – and features some of the world’s most talented DJs. If there was ever a reason to text global promoter Sean Monteine for a table – this is it…

Check out the insane roundup of parties to look forward to:

Audiofly, DJ Tennis, Agents of Time, Stephan Jolk; what a way to see in the new year… No doubt this will be the festival opener to end all openers.

Rumours have it that two of the biggest names in electronic music might be turning up for this B2B set … last year superstars Fideles, ARTBAT and Golden Hour took the helm.

King of the scene Guy Gerber hosts his legendary Rumors night in TuClalum, alongside Audiofly and Birds of Mind. Even after battling a brutal 2 day hangover – how could you miss this?

Taking over Mía – the best beach club in Tulum – is Claptone, the secretive German tech house DJ and producer duo.

A much anticipated set this will be peppered with a twist of irony, their famous plague doctor style golden masks making a statement in a long pandemic year.

The legendary Renaissance club night has featured all the great artists of the EDM genre and this line up proves that nothing has changed. Catch Luciano and Léger going late and watch the sunrise…

Another masked tech crusader –Brejcha describes his music style as High-Tech Minimal and uses a Brazilian Carnival joker mask as his signature look. Boris and Clue are famous back-to-back partners and cofounders of the Fckng Serious parties. The name says it all….

Damian Lazarus needs no introduction. The owner of Crosstown Rebels, who recently released his new album ‘Flourish’, joins Zamna for a journey through the jungles of Tulum with his new party: WILD IS LOVE.

As if that wasn’t enough he is joined by luminaries like Diplo as Special Guest, Francesca Lombardo & DAVI.
