Everyone knows that Paris Fashion Week is full of exciting runways during the day, and mysterious invite-only afterparties during the night.
Paris Fashion Week is over, and with it so are the notorious afterparties. Great for celebrity spotting and having a look at celebrities after hours party uniforms, here are some of the most exciting events, parties, dinners and celebrations that came from a fashion week full of exciting events.
Saint Laurent’s Afterparty
Saint Laurent throws good parties, and if you doubt that then you must’ve forgotten about the Acid Arab afterparty they threw to follow the now iconic Moroccan runway back at the start of summer. For Paris Fashion Week it was no different. Set in Paradis Latin, YSL’s afterparty hosted the likes of Hailey Bieber (a Saint Laurent classic) or Zoë Kravitz, all faces of the brand and looking notoriously elegant with their sleeked back hair.
The Balenciaga Afterparty
Balenciaga’s runway was perhaps one of the most spoken about during fashion week, which comes as no surprise since the brand quite literally staged a mud pit for their SS23 collection. In turn the afterparty was also populated with celebrities, who danced to the sound of a Syrian wedding singer named Omar Souleyman.
Givenchy‘s afterparty was full to the brim with celebrities, most of whom seem to have opted for some variety of black and white in their dressing. With a cast of singers, actors and models posing atop a leather sofa and background, the night was full of exciting people ready to celebrate the brand’s latest runway.
The Channel Dinner
Lily Allen looked extremely put together for the Chanel dinner, hair cropped short and a Chanel black dress which matched the dinner’s table setting to perfection. Elegant and sophisticated, we would have not expected anything else from one of fashion’s most classical luxury houses.
Edward Enninful’s Celebration with Donatella Versace
This afterparty was full of fashion’s greatest models and familiar faces, all dressed and made up to celebrate Edward Enninful, editor of British Vogue, and his latest book. With models sporting extravagant cat-eyes, we saw some of fashion’s greatest making an appearance, amongst which we highlight Gigi Hadid, Kate Moss or even Imaan Hammam.
