Most of you know Zayn Malik from his rise to fame from the band – One Direction. However, since going solo in 2015, the singer-songwriter has come a long way in the music industry, and the Pillowtalk star has no signs of slowing down.

The 28-year-old is back in work mode with a host of new exciting projects, including a fashion collaboration and a forthcoming album.

First up, his collaboration with the eyewear company ARNETTE, which was released on 6 October 2021, is available for purchase online and marks the beginning of an ongoing partnership between the two.

According to ARNETTE, “all eyewear products come with a pouch that is recycled with 78% polyamide with the plastic parts of the casing is made from 60% recycled materials – not to mention the actual product box is completely recyclable too.”

Now that he’s wrapped up his design gig, Malik’s next big project will be getting back in the studio to finish that much-anticipated forthcoming album.

In an interview with Vogue, he said: “I’m always writing and recording. I’m currently working on my next record, I plan to release this album differently than I’ve done before, so it is exciting.”

“It’s important for all of us to be mindful of the environment”

His last album release was in January 2021; however, there is currently no release date as yet for when his next album is due.

“Zayn Malik has come a long way since his One Direction days, embarking on a solo music career, becoming a dad, and now co-creating an entire eyewear collection,” says High Nobiety.
