In an exciting development for gin lovers, Gordon’s Premium Pink has unveiled a long-term partnership with renowned British television personality Maya Jama. Jama, known for presenting the likes of the pre-BRIT Awards party, the MOBO Awards and The Circle, has also hosted the ultimate summertime brit tradition; Love Island. The collaboration, aptly named ‘Clink with Pink,’ aims to celebrate friendship and togetherness – all things Jama shines for on screen.
To mark the beginning of their partnership, Maya and Gordon’s Premium Pink are releasing two unique limited edition bottles, featuring Maya’s signature phrases, all of which are already available on Amazon. These specially curated bottles will bear the words ‘You’re a Limited Edition, My Love’ and ‘Cling Cling, My Honeys,’, adding a touch of Maya’s charm to the beloved gin brand. As the partnership progresses, Maya is expected to expand her collection of limited edition bottles, introduce innovative ways to mix and serve Gordon’s Premium Pink cocktails, and curate a series of exciting events alongside the brand.
For the time being however, we are left to savour the gin with an accessible new cocktail, aptly named Gordon’s Pink Paloma.
Here’s what you need to try it at home:
– 50ml Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin*
– 150ml Pink Grapefruit Soda
– Garnish:Pink Grapefruit Wedge
– Optional garnish: flaky sea salt rim
– For Maya’s Twist: Mix in 20ml sugar syrup and 10ml lime juice
– Swap for Gordon’s Premium Pink Alcohol Free for a delicious alcohol free option
And here’s how to execute it:
- Use a wedge of grapefruit to run across the rim of a highball glass.
- Roll the edge of the glass in a plate of salt.
- Add both ingredients to the glass filled with ice.
- Stir to mix.
- Garnish with pink grapefruit.
